I've launched FlipChips Dot Com in reaction to the hundreds of requests for article reprints and information I've received in eight years of developing flip chip processes and products. My purpose is to provide current, helpful information for flip chip users and potential users.

I solicit industry experts and select information with a focus on practical solutions and commercially available technologies. Any qualified supplier of flip chip services, equipment, or materials may be listed in the Supplier Directory.

The information base will be both current and cumulative. Tutorials, articles, and abstracts will be archived on site for future reference as they are replaced by successors. The free newsletter gives subscribers email notice of new site material.

FlipChips Dot Com is a viewer-driven site. Viewers are invited to suggest new topics. Those with expertise to share are invited to provide new material. Thus the site will continue to serve its purpose: your first best source for flipchip information.
